She works within a goal oriented, collaborative framework where re-establishing the sense of empowerment and hope is a key component. Moreover, great importance is placed in creating a safe and supportive space that facilitates the journey to recovery.
Claudia is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA with many years of experience as a clinical practitioner in the allied health field. She has worked in a range of government and non-for profit organizations as well as in private practice for several years.
Moreover, Claudia has conducted research in the area of trauma and resilience and her work has been published and presented at National and International level (see FAQ).

Claudia sees young people and adults (16 years and older) and works face to face from her Bendigo office. She is also available for online based therapy and sessions can be delivered in English, Catalan or Spanish.

A certified EAP practitioner, Claudia offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) as a clinical modality with sessions held in Junortoun. With her two equine co-therapists, Maya and Zahara, Right Brain Psychology provides an experiential therapeutic environment to help individuals process through challenging emotional experiences and out-dated believes.
ZarahaStarlightZahara is an 18-year old rescue mare from Horse Shepherd Equine Sanctuary. She is kind, sensitive, gutsy and forgiving. Zahara loves being pampered, her personal space and being the Queen Mother of the paddock. |
MayanPhoneixMaya is a 15-year old rescue mare from Horse Shepherd Equine Sanctuary. She is generous, affectionate, playful and sensitive. Maya is always happy to say hello and to ask for scratches and attention. |
